致北京电影学院全体留学生的一封信 A Letter for BFA International Students

亲爱的留学生同学们：

见信健康平安！

Dear international students,

We hope everyone is safe and healthy!

近期，中国多地发生了新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。中国人民和世界各国人民一起，全力抗击病毒。战胜疫情需要医疗人员和科学家的努力，也需要包括你们在内所有人的帮助。北京电影学院国际交流学院号召本校各国留学生在这个非常时期，做好以下几件事情：

Recently,the new coronavirus infection has occurred in China. The Chinese people and the peoples of the world are making every effort together to fight against the virus. The battleofthis epidemic prevention and control requires not only the endeavor of medical staffs and scientists, but also the contribution of everyone.In the light of thecurrent situation, International SchoolofBeijing Film Academy would like to call upon international students to actively cooperate on the following issues:

1.配合疫情防控，关注自身健康。在学校未正式发布返校通知之前，请全体留学生不要提前回京返校报到。请全体在中国境内留学生积极配合当地疾控部门开展的疫情筛查工作，并随时与留学生办公室老师保持联系。如有发热、干咳、乏力、呼吸困难等症状，要及早就诊，及时报告。如持续发热不退，做好防护措施后立即到当地医疗机构发热门诊筛查，并将排查结果及时报告国际交流学院和学校医务部门。如有心理健康状况，请多与家人和朋友沟通，缓解紧张情绪。也要第一时间报告所在院系，学校将给予专业的心理疏导及治疗。

1. To cooperateontheepidemic prevention and control, and pay attention to personal health.We kindly ask each student to make a decisionnot to returnuntil BFA issues official notice. The international students in China currently should actively cooperative with epidemic screening organized by local epidemic prevention and control institutions, and keep in touch with teachers and staffs. If you are experiencing fever, dry cough, weakness, breathing difficulties and other symptoms, please see doctor and report to school as soon as possible. If fever continues, please take appropriate protection measures and go to the designated fever clinic, and report the medical examination result to International School andthe schoolmedical department. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please communicate with family and friends to relieve tension andalso communicate withyour teachers, and BFA will provide professional psychological counseling and treatment.

目前在国际交流学院留学生公寓住宿的留学生们，请你们按照学院的相关安排，遵守相关制度。学校安排了值班老师和工作人员为大家提供一切力所能及的帮助。请你们保持和家人的密切联系，把国内防控工作及时通报给家人，请他们放心。如有任何问题，请及时跟老师沟通。

The students staying in the international students dormitoryshould be incompliance with relevant regulation and arrangements.Please keep close contact with your family, and tell them in time what the prevention andcontrolprocedures BFA has been done for yoursafety.If you have any question, please contact teachers and staffs on duty immediately.

2.养成良好习惯，妥善安排学业。请全体留学生在密切关注疫情的同时，科学安排在家学习时间，做好学习规划，利用假期提升自己的学识和能力。学校各院系已制定延期开学期间各项教育教学工作安排，不会影响同学们的学习学业，请同学们放心。在病毒防控关键期，在中国境内的留学生应尽量避免外出，经常洗手及正确地洗手，确保室内通风，注意规律饮食，进行合理锻炼，提高免疫力，养成良好的生活习惯。

2. To develop good habits and arrange study properly.Please pay close attention to the epidemic situation, in the mean time, to arrange your schedule at home scientifically, to make an appropriate study plan, and to use the vacation to improve your knowledge. All departments of BFA have made arrangements for students’ education during the extended period, which will not affectyourstudy. During the critical period of virus prevention and control, international studentsstayingin China should avoid going out as much as possible,wash yourhands frequently and properly,ensurethesharedspaceagoodairflow,pay attention to regular diet, carry out proper exercise, improve immunity and form good habits.

3.关注学院官方消息，加强自我防护。请所有留学生及时关注由北京电影学院官方发布的消息，关注教学管理部门发布的新闻，做好接受网络教学的准备。密切关注自身的身体状况，如有相关症状，主动联系疾控部门进行检查。如果你所在位置有变更，请务必通知我们，老师会尽一切努力帮助你们做好防疫。

3. To pay attention to the official news of BFA and strengthen self-protection.Please pay attention to the news released byBFA Official platformand byteachingmanagement departments, and be ready for online education. Meanwhile, pay close attention to your physical condition. If you have any related symptoms, please take the initiative to contact the disease control institutions immediately for examination.If you have any changesconcerning stayingplaces, please be sure to inform us, the teacher will do everything possible to help youtodo the epidemic prevention.

请大家调整心态，保护自己的健康。相信这一切都会过去，到那时你们就可以继续追寻电影梦想。你们健康，大家才能安康，北京电影学院永远和你们在一起。
