W:Yes, that’s right. My husband and I moved to London,and I managed to find a position with a national newspaper based in London. In some ways it was a step down from my previous job but it did offer me much better prospects for the future.

W:Are you sure you’re finished?

M:I don’t understand.

W:Err, are you blind or something? You did a horrible job on my hair! My goodness! Geez! I shouldn’t have changed my hairdresser!

M:What’s wrong with it?

W:You said you could make me look like Beyonce Knowles with your so called “curly style”, and now what? I’m like a freaking toasted Thanksgiving turkey with its odd feathers still on! How am I supposed to get out and meet people like this?

M:I’m, I’m really sorry, ma’am...

W:A simple sorry won’t make this right. You know what?I’m not paying for this.

M:What? You can’t do that, ma’am. Can you give me a chance to do it again? I promise I will fix it, okay?

M:Hello. My wife and I are taking our kids to the City Science Center next week. I want to know when the center is open?
