近一时期，海南人民与全国人民一道，在中央政府坚强领导和国际社会鼎力支持下，奋力抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，为此付出了巨大的牺牲和努力，全省疫情防控工作取得了积极成效。截至2020年3月3日，海南全省已连续13天无新增确诊和疑似病例。

In the recent period, the people of Hainan, together with the people of the whole country, struggled to fight COVID-19 epidemic with the strong leadership of the central government and the strong support of the international community. Great sacrifice and efforts have been made to this end, and the province's epidemic prevention and control efforts have achieved positiveeffect. As of Mar.3th, 2020, Hainan Province has had no new confirmed and suspected cases for 13 consecutive days.

必须看到，全球抗击新冠肺炎疫情的形势仍然十分严峻，世界一些国家和地区新增确诊和疑似病例快速增长，疫情蔓延势头加剧，部分国家已宣布将疫情预警级别上调至最高级别，疫情通过人员跨境流动传播的风险已经引发全球广泛关注。

It must be seen that the global situation against COVID-19 epidemic situation is still very grim. Some countries and regions around the world have witnessed a rapid increase in newly confirmed and suspected cases, and the spread of the epidemic has intensified. Some countries have announced that they have raised the level of the epidemic warning to the highest level, and the epidemic passed through personnel. 为此，我们向近期拟到访海南的境外人士特别提示：

To this end, we would like to remind theoverseaspersonswho plan to visit Hainan recently:

一、根据海南省疫情防控相关管理规定，所有入境人员在入境时，请如实填写出/入境健康申明卡，向海关申报身份信息、省内住址、联系电话、旅行目的及健康相关信息（包括个人健康状况、过去14天疫情国家或地区旅居史、与新冠肺炎病例、发热或呼吸道症状患者接触史等）。

I. According to the relevant regulations of Hainan Province on epidemic prevention and control, all entry-exit personnel should truthfully fill in the exit / entry health declaration card when entering the country, and declare to the customs the identity information, the province's address, contact phone number, the purpose of travel and health-related information (including Personal health status, history of travel to the country or region in the past 14days, history of cases of COVID-19, history of fever or respiratory symptoms, etc.).

二、海南省政府有关部门将密切关注世界各国各地区疫情发展变化和入境人员的具体情况，必要时将按照前期国内针对疫情严重程度不同地区开展分区分级防控的规定，主动提供健康检测和健康管理服务。相关措施将秉持“国民待遇”，一体对待中外人士，充分体现海南人民对您健康的关爱，希望相关境外来琼人士理解并主动配合。

Relevant departments of the Hainan Provincial Government will pay close attention to the development and changes of the epidemic situation and the specific situation of entry-exit personnel in various countries and regions in the world. If necessary, they will proactively provide health testing and health management services in accordance with the regulations on prevention and control of districts and tiers in areas with different levels of epidemic severity. 三、请加强自我防护，尽量减少外出，避免到人员密集的场所，不要聚会聚餐。外出须正确佩戴口罩，废弃口罩按规定规范投放。保持良好的卫生习惯，注意手口卫生。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，肉类和蛋类请彻底煮熟后食用。

Third, please strengthen self-protection, minimize going out, avoid crowded places, and do not gather for dinner. Masks must be worn properly when you go out, and discarded masks should be put in accordance with regulations. Maintain good hygiene habits and pay attention to hand and mouth hygiene. Avoid contact with any wildlife or poultry. Meat and eggs should be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
