当我们在苏州刷着朋友圈,遥望北方的雾霾天;
当我们在室内吹着空调,讨论着忽冷忽热的天气;

In the past week, XJTLU students have been involved in activities related to international issues, showcasing their sense of responsibility and desire to make a difference.
Environmental science students James Guo and Mia Oentoto are at the ongoing Paris COP 21 climate change talks, representing the views of young people from China and Indonesia.
Besides climate change, HIV/AIDS is also a major worldwide challenge and on this year's World AIDS Day, XJTLU students held series of events to highight the discrimination faced by many people living with HIV and AIDS, and rise awareness of the condition and how to protect yourself from it.
Additionally, XJTLU students passed on their passion and concern for international relations to their younger counterparts by organising a model United Nations conference for students from high schools in the Yangtze River Delta area.
"I'm very proud of all the students who get involved in activities such as these. It shows that they are developing into global citizens who take responsibility and understand the impact of their actions, which is an important part of being an XJTLU student," said Dr Minzhu Yang, Vice-President at XJTLU.
