【学科建设】电子与电气工程系本科和硕士专业获英国工程技术学会全面认证

日前，我校电子与电气工程系的本科和硕士专业获得英国工程技术学会（IET）的全面认证。

这一全面认证使西浦电子与电气工程系的专业具备了与诸如英国罗素集团所包含的一流大学所提供的专业教育的同等认证，并表明西浦电子与电气工程系已经具备国际认可的专业资质开设符合国际标准的高质量工程专业教育。

TheDepartment of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at XJTLU has obtained full accreditation for its BEng and MSc programmes fromThe Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

英国工程技术学会是工程技术领域的全球顶级的专业学术学会之一，由英国工程理事会授权为多种工程和技术门类提供认证评定。它是评定全球范围内达到英国专业工程技能标准(UK-SPEC) 要求的高质量专业教育是否可以得到国际认可的基准和标志。

The IET is one of the world’s leading professional societies for the engineering and technology community and IET accreditation, licensed by the Engineering Council of the UK, covers a broad spectrum of engineering and technology subjects. It is an internationally respected benchmark awarded to high-quality programmes within and outside the UK that meet the educational requirements of the UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC).

西交利物浦大学电子与电气工程系下设四个本科专业：

• 数字媒体技术

• 电气工程及其自动化

• 电子科学与技术

• 通信工程

两个硕士专业：

• 可持续能源技术

• 多媒体通信

The EEE Department at XJTLU offers four undergraduate programmes including:

• BEng Digital Media Technology

• BEng Electrical Engineering

• BEng Electronic Science and Technology

• BEng Telecommunications Engineering

It also offers two masters programmes:

• MSc Sustainable Energy Technology

• MSc Multimedia Telecommunication.
