1.你是如何度过春节的？

H: Ispent SpringFestivalwithmyforeignfriends. We made a big dinner by ourselves and everyone made their local cuisines.

我和我的外国朋友们一起度过了今年的春节。我们自己做了一顿大餐，每个人都拿出了看家本领，做了自己国家的特色美食。

E：I stayed with my relatives who live in Changchun for one week. And in the rest of the holiday time, I stayed at home. Sometimes I went out to buy some necessities from Rt Mart supermarket. Also, I went to church every Sunday.

春节假期，我在我长春的亲戚那住了一个礼拜。剩下来的时间我都宅在我的房间里，但有时我会去大润发买一点我需要的东西。每个礼拜天我都会去教堂。

J: During the Spring Festival, I had stayed in Suzhou for four months. And also we participated in some activities which were organized by the school.

今年春节前后，我在苏州待了将近四个月。我们也参加了学校组织的活动。

2。你对你的新学期有什么计划吗？或者目标和期望

H: To me, the new term is both a sad and happy one. The sad part is that I will go home and leave this place two months later, but at the same time it makes me happy because I will reunite with my family.

新的学期，我既有一点悲伤，却又带着一点欣喜。悲伤的是，在两个月后，我就要回家了，我将要离开这里，但与此同时，我也能和我的家人团聚。

E: The courses we learned in last term are based on what we are interested in. The knowledge I gained has sharpened my mind. At the same time, I have made up my mind to insist on studying Environmental Engineering. I hope this term will be more interesting and colorful.

这个学期学习的是我们感兴趣的课程。这个学期的学习会让我对这块内容有更深刻的认识。同时，我也明确了自己想要学习环境工程的决心。希望这个学期能更加有意思。

J: After finishing the study, the learning period seems to open the door for me which leads to a new world. After graduation, I expect to study Environmental Engineering further because of my definite life goal -----being a government staff in my country.

在完成了这个课程的学习之后，它为我打开了新世界的大门。在毕业之后，我希望能在环境学上有更深的研究。这来源于我人生一个明确的目标，我希望能在我的国家成为一名政府官员。

3.你最喜欢我们学校的哪些地方呢？

这个学校的管理方式深得我心。我觉得这里的领导非常有远见，他们尽心尽力地为学生们提供便利。

E: To me, the help from my teachers is the best thing.

我最感激的是这个学校的老师对我的帮助。

J: The students of this school are all smart and hard-working. The professors pay attention to their students and offer the greatest help to them. Food and all other services are the best proof that this school arranges everything well. However, language differences worry me a lot.

这个学校的学生都很聪明也十分刻苦。教授很关心他们的学生，并且最大限度地为他们提供帮助。食物以及学校的各项服务都证明学校将一切都安排的很好。但最让我头疼的事情就是许多人因为语言问题不能很好的跟我交流。

4.你有交中国朋友吗？

他们和你在自己国家的朋友有什么不一样呢?

H: I have made many friends. Chinese friends cherish friendship more than my foreign friends. They have helped me a lot.

我交了很多中国朋友。他们跟我的外国朋友相比更珍惜我们之间的友情，也十分照顾我。

E: Yeah, I have developed friendship with Chinese students but actually Chinese students are not so social.

是的，我交了一些中国的朋友，但是中国的学生不是很喜欢交际。(主动一点，我们就有故事哈哈）

J: After arriving here, the school arranged many native students to accompany our international students because we knew little about this school. Today I have many Chinese friends, they are mainly students or native citizens. Chinese people, no matter how old they are, all show hospitality to foreigners. They will encourage you to learn the culture and language of China. Moreover, I have knew learned some table manners now. Chinese people want you to eat more and before drinking they will say “cheers”!

在我刚到这的时候，学校安排了许多学生来跟留学生相处。我很享受交朋友的过程，因为我对这一点也不熟悉。现在，我已经有很多中国朋友了，有学生也有一些苏州本地人。不管什么年纪的中国人都对外国人很热情，他们会鼓励你去学习中国文化和语言。其次，我也学了一些中国的餐桌文化。他们很客气，会让你多吃一点，每次敬酒的时候都要说“干杯”。

可能因为对彼此的文化都没有很深的了解，所以我们更注重一些传统文化，中国上下五千年的文化博大精深呀，不过熟络了起来就不会客套啦~

4.在这个学校里，什么使你印象深刻？

令我印象最深的是我来到这个学校的第一天。大家的热情款待让我感受到了家的温暖。（最初的印象最难忘啊苏州科技大学）

E: My best memory in this school is the Christmas party which all the students took part in, showing their different talents and introducing their cultural heritages

在这个学校，我最棒的回忆是圣诞节。那天学校举行了圣诞节聚会，许多同学都参加了聚会。在聚会上，他们展示了他们的才艺，并介绍了一些中国的文化遗产。

J: The best thing of this school is that the school pays more attention to us, particularly for understanding that we are from different cultures and different countries. In our dormitory, the guards also treat us very well.

这个学校最棒的地方在于它很好地照顾了留学生。学校知道我们是来自不同国家的人，有不同的文化，因此对我们有特殊的照顾。我们宿舍楼的宿管也对我们很好。
