浦江新闻 | IHD学院校外集中实践宣讲会拉开序幕

4月11日中午上海迪士尼度假区在我校第二报告厅举行IHD学院2016级酒店管理专业校外集中实践宣讲会。上海迪士尼度假区人力资源经理Regina女士向在座学生介绍了迪士尼度假区的企业文化与发展规划，并详细解答同学们关心的岗位安排、住宿环境等问题。

2016级同学身着校服整齐划一的参加了上海迪士尼度假区宣讲活动，此次宣讲为IHD学院2016级酒店管理专业校外集中实践拉开序幕，据了解，4月份至5月份共有16家国际酒店集团陆续来我校进行宣讲。

IHD学院始终坚持国际化、应用型的办学理念，围绕“高素质应用型人才”的教学培养方向，积极与国际品牌酒店集团建立校外实训基地，努力为学生提供优质实训环境。

Shanghai Disney Resort Came to IHD College and Gave A Career Talk on off-campus Practice

At noon on April 11st, Shanghai Disney Resort gave a career talk to students from class of 2016 who are majoring in hotel management. The meeting was held in the second lecture hall of Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute. Regina, the human resources manager of Shanghai Disney Retort, introduced the company culture and future plan to the students, and answered students’ questions about job arrangement, accommodation and so on.

The class of 2016 embraced the career talk of Shanghai Disney Resort by wearing orderly school uniform. For IHD College, it was just a good start. In April and May, 16 International hotel groups will come to our school and give students career talks.

IHD College always adheres to the educational philosophy of internationalization and practicality. It focuses on the training direction of "high quality applied talents". IHD College actively takes part in building off-campus practice base with international brand hotel groups in order to provide high quality training environment for students.
