Hackability works with local communities of people with disabilities, designers, and technologists to build mutually beneficial relationships and to create working prototypes to enhance the quality of life of people with disabilities.
Hackability@NYU Shanghaiteams have been working throughout the month of June. Each team is composed of 1 person with disabilities and 4-5 Chinese and international students and professionals. At this final event on July 2, each team will present the projects they have developed.

Following, there will be a screening of the documentary film “Caro Mio Ben (My Dear Beloved)” in order to increase awareness towards children living with blindness and deafness at a special education school in Henan Province.
