新楼新设施新服务！盘点宁诺校园新学期大变化

新学期，万物于始。

眼尖的UNNCer应该已经注意到啦，

宁诺校园西南角的特创区

立起了一座高端大气的大楼。

没错，这就是备受期待的

宁波诺丁汉大学国际创新创业大楼！

为了给宁诺师生提供

更好的学习和生活体验，

每年暑假，

校园里都会有不同程度的变化。

这座拔地而起的新楼，

可以说是献给新学期的巨型礼物了。

新地标的里里外外是什么样的？

除了新楼，

校园里还有哪些设施和服务

进行了升级翻新？

Some sharp-eyed UNNC students may have noticed the recent opening of the new and impressive building on campus after finishing construction over the summer vacation – The Innovation and Enterprise Building!

This is one of the series changes to occur on campus over the summer vacation in order to create a better study and work environment for both students and staff at UNNC. So, what does the new building look like? Have any other facilities and services been upgraded and refurbished on campus? Let’s check it out.

宁诺国际创新创业大楼

宁诺国际创新创业大楼的设计以鲨鱼的鳃裂为灵感，整体是一道优美的弧线，未来感十足。

The futuristic design of the Innovation and Enterprise Building (IEB) contains a beautiful arc with its exterior inspired to bear resemblance to the gill slits of a shark.

垂直绿化相结合

铝板、玻璃幕墙、

建筑立面：

Building design: aluminium plate, glass curtain wall, vertical greening

大楼与周围绿化景观完美融合，塑造了一个采光、通风、节能、水循环、屋顶绿化可持续发展的绿色生态多元化建筑。值得一提的是，大楼还获得了绿色建筑三星级设计评价标识。

IEB blends in perfectly with the surrounding natural landscape, creating an ecologically diverse environment with lighting, ventilation, energy conservation, water recycling and green roof technology. It is noteworthy that the building has obtained a Three-Stars certification of Green Building Evaluation Label.

楼内功能涵盖商务接待、办公管理、会议培训、公共交流、轻餐饮等，功能的多元化为整座大楼营造出开放、包容、灵动的空间氛围。

The building includes spaces for business reception, routine operation, conferences, training, catering and so on. The diverse functions make an open, inclusive and flexible atmosphere for the building.

TB&PB

为了提升师生的教学体验，已经为大家服务了15年之久的TB&PB教学楼在暑期进行了第一阶段的改造。

学校在两幢教学楼的中庭增加了空调的覆盖。PB采光顶更换为了更加节能环保的Low-E玻璃，同时安装了全自动侧窗，既实现了在不同气温下的通风调节，更加节能环保，同时还提升了安全防火性能。此外，两座教学楼新增了9间教室，更好地满足师生的教学、自习需求。

据悉，TB&PB教学楼未来还将进行一系列升级改造。

The University has added the air-conditioning systems to the courtyards of the Teaching Building (TB) and the Portland Building (PB); the roofing in PB has also been replaced with energy-efficient and environmentally friendly Low-E glass along with fully automatic side windows.

The two teaching buildings have also added 9 classrooms to better serve the teaching and self-study needs of staff and students on campus.

These efforts are among the series of renovation work of the teaching buildings, aiming to improve the teaching and learning experience for both staff and students.

TB&PB

体育馆

体育馆内的羽毛球馆、乒乓球馆和篮球馆新增了专业空调设备，全校师生的体育活动将有更加舒适的体验。

High-end air-conditioning equipment has been installed into the badminton, table tennis and basketball halls in the Sports Centre. Staff and students will now be able to have a more comfortable experience while working out on campus.

医务室和身心健康指导办公室

为更好、更方便地为学生服务，学校医务室和身心健康指导办公室搬至宿舍区23号楼，两者都以全新的面貌迎接大家。

University Clinic and Counselling Service have both been revamped and relocated to Building 23.

中国银行宁波诺丁汉大学支行

中国银行宁波诺丁汉大学支行在新学期开始营业，该支行结合宁诺与国际接轨的定位，为在校师生提供一站式、全方位、国际化的金融服务。师生办理和咨询业务，尤其是大家关注较多的购汇、跨境汇款等业务，将更加高效、方便。

今年6月，宁诺与中国银行宁波市分行签署战略合作协议，双方就智慧校园建设开展全面合作，本次正是智慧校园全面服务的第一步。

The Bank of China UNNC Sub-branch has opened for business and will provide all-round one-stop international financial services for staff and students on campus. Consulting services will also be provided, with particular attention paid to increasing the efficiency of foreign exchange and cross-border remittance services.

In June, UNNC has signed an agreement with Bank of China to roll out in-depth to establish a “Smart Campus”. The opening of sub-branch is the first step of the cooperation.
