With the background of higher education internationalisation, and based on the education practices of XJTLU, this programme provides a platform to discuss with participants how to introduce international quality education resources, innovative talent cultivation, and university management mechanisms, so as to train the leaders with cutting-edge ideas and management capacities, and finally enhance the overall development level and international competitiveness of participating institutions.
