巴基斯坦之行见闻（三）

2018年1月14日下午，代表团乘坐中国航空航班CA945飞抵巴基斯坦首都伊斯兰堡。巴基斯坦外交部司礼部主任塔利卜先生，主任助理赛马女士到机场迎接，并陪同代表团到塞雷纳酒店（Serena)入住。巴基斯坦外交部为此次代表团的访问做了充分的准备。一路上，警车开道，警卫护航，半小时左右，代表团到达酒店，办理了入住手续。单从酒店上，就足以看出外交部对此次代表团接待的重视。

伊斯兰堡塞雷娜酒店是一家五星级酒店，在世界多国均有连锁店，是巴基斯坦唯一一家世界领先酒店的成员。酒店依山傍湖，鸟语花香。装修以莫卧儿王朝建筑风格和波斯建筑风格为主，富丽堂皇，优雅气派。该酒店平时主要以接待国外贵宾，国家领导人，政府要员为主，中国国家主席习近平在访问巴基斯坦期间曾住在这家酒店。酒店平均住宿费为300-500美元/晚。

15日上午，在巴基斯坦外交部礼仪部侯赛音先生和外交部主任助理贾米儿女士的带领下，巴基斯坦研究中心唐俊主任，研究员姜雪、乌日汗，同国内其他五所巴基斯坦研究中心代表，访问参观了巴基斯坦国家艺术委员会。巴基斯坦国家艺术委员会（PNCA）是巴基斯坦1973年通过《议会法案》成果成立，旨在通过国家层面，创造强大的艺术发展，促进国家民间艺术的蓬勃发展，让艺术家和艺术团体能够获得更多的支持与发展空间，将巴基斯坦国家艺术文化推向世界艺术舞台。PNCA政策由理事会制定，隶属于国家文化部。

伊斯兰堡国家遗产博物馆馆长，亚太世界艺术委员会委员，巴基斯坦文化部顾问奥克西·莫复提先生热情接待了访问团，并亲自做了《国家文化遗产》专题讲座。

巴基斯坦文化历史悠久，是世界最古老文明古巴比伦（位于西亚，今伊拉克）、古埃及（位于北非，今埃及）、古印度（位于南亚，地域范围包括今印度、巴基斯坦等国）和古中国（位于东亚，今中华人民共和国）尼罗河文化之一，源远流长。莫复提先生追溯并介绍了佛教在巴基斯坦的历史，塔克西拉的佛像雕刻，斯瓦特吴迪亚纳文化，喀喇昆仑丝绸之路的佛教岩画，俾路支释迦摩尼雕刻岩画，巴基斯坦游牧部落通过丝绸之路开展的贸易交流，部落民族面具舞蹈。

虽然巴基斯坦国家成立时间不长，但其文化历史代代相传，历经数千年，保留依然完好。中巴两国的文化交流也有上千年的历史，两国人民相互学习，通过丝绸之路开展了广泛的经济贸易交流和文化交流。莫复提先生知识渊博，用极具的磁性嗓音娓娓而谈，生动介绍了巴基斯坦的民间文化。他通过大量图片，展示了巴基斯坦人民的服饰、音乐、舞蹈、宗教、生产、陶艺等方面。

讲座结束后，唐俊主任与莫复提先生进行了交流。巴基斯坦文化历史悠久，丰富多彩，但国家发展速度缓慢，莫复提先生对如何向外界宣传推广巴基斯坦的文化莫复提先生进行了详细的回答，他认为巴基斯坦在发展国家经济的同时注重文化发展，落后的地区往往是文化历史保护完整的地方，中巴两国都行致力于文化推广，为世界文化做出贡献。
