教育领导力卓越计划项目的核心目标是在当前全面深化高等教育改革的背景下，通过和国内外大学合作，帮助合作者提升教育变革领导力和管理组织变革的能力，最终帮助合作高校建立“以学生为中心”的育人体系，提升参与单位的育人质量。
